Prospect Payment, Cancellation & Move-In Credit Policy

Payment#
Payment is collected after Lived-In confirms an eligible Resident and proposed Call time.
A Call is confirmed only after successful payment.
The Call price shown at checkout is $20.
Cancellation#
Cancellation and rescheduling are handled according to the applicable booking terms provided before confirmation.
Refund Expectations#
A refund is not provided solely because: - A Prospect dislikes a Resident's response; - The Call changes a Prospect's opinion; - The Call does not match expectations; or - The Prospect decides not to lease.
Move-In Credits#
Move-in credits may be offered by participating Properties or Lived-In.
Eligibility and conditions will be disclosed when offered.
