Lived-In encourages Prospects to ask questions that help them understand their potential living experience while maintaining fair housing compliance.
Appropriate Topics#
Prospects may discuss: - Amenities; - Maintenance; - Parking; - Noise; - Building operations; - Policies; - Services; and - Daily resident experience.
Prohibited Topics#
Prospects should not ask Residents to: - Describe who lives at a Property; - Evaluate whether someone would fit in or belong; - Recommend housing based on protected characteristics; - Describe neighborhood suitability based on demographics; or - Provide opinions about protected groups.
Questions involving applications, accommodations, legal compliance, or eligibility should be directed to the Property.
