What if a resident says something negative?
Lived-In doesn't promise positive answers — it promises honest, current, first-hand context. A resident may acknowledge an issue while explaining its real frequency, scope, and how management responded. The service is most valuable for communities that believe in their resident experience and are comfortable letting prospects evaluate concerns accurately.
Does the property choose or script residents?
No. Lived-In independently recruits, verifies, and selects residents. The property doesn't approve answers or hear the calls. That independence is exactly what makes the conversation credible to a hesitant prospect.
Why do residents participate?
They're compensated for their time. Payment never depends on what they say or whether the prospect signs — reliability bonuses reward completed calls, never leasing outcomes.
Do we need to share resident information?
No. Lived-In recruits independently. Optionally, the property can distribute a Lived-In invitation so interested residents opt in directly — no resident data ever changes hands.
How much work is this for the leasing team?
Very little: include Lived-In in standard post-tour follow-up, assign one contact, and confirm move-in-credit claims. Lived-In handles everything else.
What if the prospect finds Lived-In on their own?
Every call is tied to the property the prospect selects at booking, whether they arrived through your link or found us through search or social media. Reporting distinguishes property-referred activity from organic activity, and both count as Lived-In-assisted when they convert.
What does the property see?
Aggregate activity and confirmed outcomes — never the prospect's questions or the resident's answers. A prospect's identity is shared only when they claim their move-in credit and consent to verification.
What happens after the pilot?
We review performance together and decide whether to continue under mutually agreed terms. The pilot never auto-converts into an ongoing agreement.
