  1. Before the call

    See the request, timing, and payment. You choose whether to participate.

  2. During the call

    Speak privately with a renter. Lived-In monitors the conversation; your building cannot hear it.

  3. After the call

    Earn $20 for completing the conversation, not for positive answers or a signed lease.
